Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you receive your full service. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your appointment. We recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the studio so that we can be sure to accommodate your time, date, and artist/aesthetician preferences.

If you must reschedule or cancel a service, as a courtesy to clients and our therapists, please advise us by 5pm the day prior to your service to avoid being charged for the full service.

An ideal gift for everyone on your list, our gift certificates can be purchased in any monetary amount or for any service.

A series of any service may be purchased in increments of 5 for 10% off and 10 for 20% off. Series are non-transferable.

A service tax of 4.5% will be added to all makeup and skincare services as per New York State law. Rates do not include gratuity; 15% – 20% is both appropriate and appreciated. Gratuity must be paid in cash or by Venmo.

Please advise us of any health conditions, recent procedures, allergies, or injuries that could affect your service when making your appointment. Please note that our skin care services are located on our second floor and are accessible by staircase.
